The Summer Analyst Program

Throughout this immersive 10-week program, summer analysts will be introduced to our investment banking business and the firm. Our banking internship gives you a unique opportunity to interact side-by-side with investment bankers at all levels and gain valuable experience through a hands-on, real-life approach. You will participate in various strategic assignments assisting deal teams with mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, and other advisory services. A portion of our analyst positions will be filled from our summer analyst program. We are seeking motivated and collaborative individuals who are eager to explore a career in investment banking.

The D.A. Davidson Analyst Program

As an Analyst at D.A. Davidson, you will work with like-minded and talented professionals. Our Analysts are an integral part of each of our deal teams providing support on a variety of middle-market engagements, including M&A advisory, equity and debt financing and other strategic advisory assignments. D.A. Davidson’s lean deal teams offer you the chance to learn from senior bankers and interactions with client management teams.

Throughout the duration of the program, Analysts assume responsibilities ranging from creation of business development materials, completion of valuation analyses and financial models, development of transaction marketing materials, attendance at client meetings and contribution to other critical elements of the deal process.
