Volunteerism in Action

Our annual volunteer initiative brings together our associates across the nation to give back to our communities. Here is a sampling of the projects our teams took on for D.A. Davidson Days 2024. We are proud of the inspiring stories of volunteerism in action and our associates’ good work.

Medford, OR

Our Medford associates volunteered at the Access Food warehouse for the third year in a row. Access provides food, warmth, shelter, and other essential services to the community’s low-income families, seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities.

Los Angeles, CA

Helena, MT

Helena Food Share provides the opportunity to connect with seniors in the community and provide them with food security. Our Helena team directed traffic, met and recorded names of individuals receiving the government subsidy, loaded approximately 100 crates of commodity items into cars, and unloaded and reloaded the pallets of crates into the Food Share truck.

Moscow, ID

Charlotte, NC

Lincoln, NE

Lincoln associates partnered with the Foster Care Closet of Lincoln to sort through donations, organize them by size and season, and bag items for other organizations. This effort not only supports the foster care community but also strengthens our bonds with the local community.

Fresno, CA

Our Fresno team worked through six pallets of clothing and served over 300 guests in the Papa Mike’s Cafe dining room at Poverello House.

Lake Oswego, OR

Denver, CO

Irvine, CA

Bozeman, MT

Our Bozeman team volunteered with Montana State University to successfully build a new bench and transport more than 1,000 pounds of rocks to the “M” trail. The day was marked by teamwork, community engagement, and diligent effort.
